Initial 90 Minute Assessment

The assessment will consist of an analysis of the gait cycle and posture where the joints are examined in a RESTING and MOVING setting.

Gait refers to the specific sequence of movements your body makes when walking or running. By analyzing these patterns, we can identify how well your body functions.

For instance, if your body doesn’t absorb ground impact efficiently while running, it could indicate compression somewhere along the kinetic chain—such as the ankle, knee, hip, lower back, or spine. Our techniques target these compressed areas, helping to redistribute stress, reduce inflammation, and alleviate chronic aches and pains

Observing an individual’s specific movement patterns improves the ability to see the body's current functional capacity and what is necessary to reduce the risk of injury.

We will help you understand your symptoms and walk out with a plan of action to work towards.

1 on 1

These sessions provide a highly personalized experience, addressing individual needs with precision to drive meaningful changes.

Our practitioners collaborate closely with clients to refine movement patterns, particularly within the gait cycle. This focused setting allows us to target specific issues, resulting in noticeable improvements in posture, movement efficiency, and overall biomechanics.

Private training is ideal for those looking to overcome unique movement challenges and achieve peak functional performance.
